WHITE ALPS

What is a block? Natural stone slabs are cut from one large quarry block. Slabs from the same block share the same pattern and tone, so they look consistent when installed side by side. “Slabs from one block” shows only stones that still have at least that many matching slabs available.

What is a bookmatch pair? A bookmatch is two consecutive slabs from the same block, polished on opposite faces and opened like a book — together they form one continuous mirrored pattern. Bookmatched pairs are a popular choice for kitchen islands and feature walls.

What does “Will it fit” do? Enter the width and height (in inches) of the countertop piece you need to cut. The catalog then shows only stones with a slab big enough for that piece — add a cutting margin if you want extra material around it.

Please note: these matches are candidates based on our inventory data. Pattern continuity must be verified visually, and final confirmation always happens with a manager before your order is placed.
